I can't imagine the stress of having my boss gone for a YEAR. And then to try and give back the stuff I started--that would be equally hard.

I think I'm in denial about this stuff at the moment... so many others have missed him so much I'm hesitant to admit that it might not be sunshine and roses for me now he's back. But yes, it'll also be nice to give him some projects I don't particularly enjoy.
