Dreamweaver would be a good choice its pretty easy to use, and if you want, you can always use ready made cool templates, so you only have to modify them.

Is Dreamweaver very expensive? I've heard it mentioned before but I'm worried that the cost is out of control.

How do you find .Mac? Is it useful or a pain in the bum? I'm tempted by the whole 'backing up the HD' thing, if nothing else, but I'm worried that they wouldn't allow fanficcy content on the server.
