Now, keeping in mind that I am a huge Photoshop spazz, I am mostly writing this down so *I* remember how to do this thing. But maybe it'll be useful for one or two of you as well.
Creating Seamless Graphic Wallpaper
This is pretty image-intensive, so click the cut at your own risk. To do this tutorial, you have to be moderately familiar with Photoshop CS (i.e., can create layers, use the fill tool, find brushes).
